In coaching conversations, I am often asked questions about dealing with competition. Hear my personal thoughts in the video above. The questions are similar to the following:
The questions may vary from the above, yet they follow the same line of thinking of someone that may have a victim mentality; especially questions that start with WHY. Why do people choose to take the energy in their life and business and focus on their "competition"? What would happen if that energy was focused on developing your business? What are the possibilities? Are they really competition? No because at the end of the day, your "competition", and those having success, are not thinking about you.

I would like to share my thoughts on taking action both in your business and in life. You can hear my full thoughts on this topic by listening to the above video. Taking action, and more importantly the right action, in your business and life is the only way you will ever get results. Concern is already "flooding" the mind today as another 2 days of rainfall are predicted for the area.
This got me thinking on the topic of trust in my personal life as it has been a challenging week getting our kids from school with street flooding; one of those days included my daughter wading out of the school to our vehicle in knee deep flood water. Mind you, all parents are on edge, and the children are especially on edge having their homes impacted by flooding from the Harvey event. I can only imagine them sitting in their...
