Red Hawk Partner Network powered by JLA Realty originated in 2023 under the leadership of Jeremy
Williams with over 19 years of industry experience. With an extensive background in coaching real estate
professionals into productivity, over 13,000 hours, his goal is to develop the largest real estate network within
an Indie brokerage across Texas and beyond. Jeremy’s focus on the Red Hawk Partner Network is for each
member to SOAR in both business and life.

The Red Hawk Partner Network also has an optional mentoring program offered by our Director of Mentoring, Francie Watson. As an operator of her own team and 16 years of real estate sales experience, this program is designed for those newer to the industry with a desire to have someone with a vast amount of experience to come alongside them in their journey.
