Be willing to let go, and empower those you hire. The successful person will leverage at the right time, and the successful person will also be aware of the ROI of the leverage opportunity. No ROI, and the leverage is removed. Also the successful person will not leverage just to leverage. A smart business person will leverage being fully aware of their NET dollar opportunities.
