I had the opportunity this morning to interview a friend and colleague; Chad Hyams, Coach, Author, and Owner of Ember Seminars. I dove into Chad's coaching approach that focuses in all areas of L.I.F.E. (Love, Improvement, Fitness, and Economics), and how he helps others achieve greatness. We covered topics including what does accountability truly mean, how do you separate yourself from the sea of agents, why I don't order Jack and Pepsi, and much more valuable information. Whether you're inside or outside the real estate industry, or you're just looking to improve in key areas of your life, tune in to this interview that is approximately 43 minutes long.

Secrets of the Successful Business Person #3 - It is going to take work. Stop reading all those self help books that tell you differently. I see to many people believe there are short cuts that will require little effort and work. I have not seen a successful person not be fully committed to their craft. There will be blood, sweat, tears, excitement, resentment, doubt, achievement, and much more that you will experience as a business owner. The sweetness is the outcome that results from putting in the work. This does not mean you don’t work smart, yet it is still going to take work. Stop thinking about what needs to get done. Get to work. Take action.

I believe if you're going to use video in your business, you need a great camera. I was directed by a fellow avid vlogger to purchase the Logitech Brio 4K, which can be found on Amazon for $179. This camera is loaded with features, and produce a nice crisp picture. Don't get too caught up on the 4K aspect as most monitors, let alone televisions, are not able to display 4K. I prefer going with an external camera that can be connected via usb over the built-in computer camera just because there is no comparison in the quality. Checkout more on the Logitech Brio 4K.
