My real estate career has taken many exciting and impactful turns over the years. I have experience with brokers of every kind, from corporate and boutique, to franchise models. I have been a multi-million dollar producing solo agent and a team member on a top luxury team.
After almost a decade in the business and lengthy deliberation over the next evolution of my business, I earned my brokers license last year.
Considering this milestone, I am super proud, honored, and excited to share the rebrand of our name to Team on the Rise LLC.
Being at EXP Realty has created an incredible opportunity for me to expand my brand and grow my business in so many ways. This rebrand is a reflection of the high-level of service we provide to our clients across the board, by all team members - not one specific person or name. I sincerely value, appreciate, and am constantly impressed by the efforts and results of this team.
As for the meaning behind our new team name, this comes from my childhood tennis career. Many tennis players are familiar with the concept of stepping up to the ball and taking it early or "on the rise." It means having the courage to take action - to take a chance and seize the opportunity to put yourself in a more dominant position.
When considering team names, I personally felt strongly that Team on the Rise was a natural marriage to this mindset that my team possesses, and a mindset that I want our team to sustain.
We are a team on the rise. And we are ready and willing to do the hard work, hungry for the opportunities in front of us, humble enough to work together towards a common goal, coachable and above all, ready to RISE!
