Success Is Important and Being Healthy is More Important

Operating a business at a high level is important, and being healthy is even more important. Health can be a huge factor when it comes to giving our best to our business and the clients served. It is optimal health that allows the push in our business to achieve greater things. 

Are you giving your best today, or are you giving what is left? Make sure you are committing time in your schedule everyday to your health. It may be as much as going on a brisk 20 minute walk on the trails, riding a bike, hitting the gym, or whatever you enjoy doing that causes you to move. Remember exercise is like 20% of overall health, and 80% is what you eat and drink. 

Make a commitment today. Even if it is small...make a commitment to your health. Your clients and your family are counting on you. 

Today I knocked nearly 16 and a quarter miles on the Peloton taking a 60 minute Power Zone Endurance class with Matt Wilpers - Peloton. If you asked me a couple of months ago if I thought I could do this, I would have probably said no. Yet, I made a commitment, and today is a victory.
