Preparation is an Essential Part of Winning
On Sundays, I am usually charged with food prep. This morning I prepared our usual tomato, celery, and cucumber salad that we eat throughout the week, and I chopped up an onion, which always makes me cry.
Prepping, whether it is with food, business, or life, is essential.

- Highlights skills that may need more work.
- Keeps you in a state of readiness.
Don't underestimate the value of preparation. A general would not enter a battle without a plan.
