Coach Jeremy's Pet Peeves
I was asked yesterday, "Jeremy what is your biggest pet peeve as a coach?" I've never been asked that question in my now 10 years of coaching up real estate agents, I had to pause for a moment.
The first thing that came to mind was having a coaching appointment, or a prospective business strategy call scheduled, and someone not showing up. While that can get under my skin, as I thought about it more, this would be my #2. My #1 is knowing that people need my help, and having several conversations with people that need help, and because of one of the following (pride, ego, or not understanding the power of coaching), they choose to keep doing the same thing over and over netting the same results. BTW - this is the definition of insanity.
I am inviting you to connect with me if you're in that place where you feel like you haven't had the breakthrough, or you have that feeling like you're hitting your head over and over against the wall. I would like to share with you how I can help you as I've helped 100's of others over the years. Am I everyone's cup of tea, absolutely not, yet I get people results.
What do I offer? I offer one-on-one coaching, group coaching for real estate agents, and recently launched Broker/Office Manager coaching. If on our discovery call, I can't specifically help you, I've got a network of people I can connect you with that can help. I know when I entered as a sales person in 2004, I realized early on that I needed help.
When someone would raise their hand offering help, I would run to them. I was probably the first person in line. A lot of this help I paid for, and I saw it as an investment in myself and business. So I never looked at getting help as an expense. I attribute a lot of my success over the years in sales, leadership, and coaching to maintaining that mindset. In fact as a coach, I have a coach.
Stop waiting on the greatness you deserve as I know how hard you work in your business. I invite you to a conversation. Not a conversation of commitment, yet a conversation about getting better, and how coaching might be a part of that journey. You can call me directly at 281-387-7689. If you don't reach me, leave a message as I am in another coaching appointment. I will call you back.
I want everyone to be successful in their businesses in 2020, and the reality is not everyone will choose that path. Be the change agent in your business, and if you're struggling, reach out, and let's have a conversation. If this message has hit you at your core today, it is your subconscious telling your conscious to do something different.
I look forward to connecting.
