Ben Fairfield is the Vice President of Region Development for RE/MAX LLC as well as a national trainer, coach and speaker with over 10,000 hours of one-on-one coaching experience. He has certified coaches across the world while a part of SUCCESS Magazine’s SUCCESS Coaching company and is also a certified coach and speaker with the John C. Maxwell Organization.
His passion for leadership development takes him across the country teaching, training, consulting and leading masterminds for individuals and organizations of all sizes. A native of Idaho, Ben lives in Coeur d’Alene, ID with his wife and three sons and enjoys everything that the northwest has to offer!
A pilot and air traffic controller by trade, Ben entered the real estate industry in 2005. Over the last 17 years, Ben built the largest Century 21 franchise in the world out of 8,400 offices in the international system at the time. Then in January 2011, Ben joined Keller Williams Realty in Coeur d’Alene. In his six years as CEO, the company increased sales by 334%, profit by 228.2%, number of agents by 103% and profit share by 647%.
