Elevating Your Real Estate Game: Lessons Learned from Coaching the Team at JLA Realty Atascocita

Today I had the incredible opportunity to coach the team of real estate agents at JLA Realty Atascocita. I'd like to take a moment to thank Kim Hall Buish, Mike Buish, and Ashley Huron for their hospitality and for the opportunity to share with the agents.   

During the session, we discussed a variety of topics that are essential for success in the real estate industry. We discussed techniques for cultivating a bulletproof mindset, strategies for maximizing our time in business and life, techniques for creating a simple yet powerful business plan, and more. I also shared 7 strategies for success that I outline in my best-selling book, Survive Scale Soar.   

At the end of the session, I wanted to emphasize that what we do today matters. We all have the power to choose how we spend our time, and the agents at JLA Realty Atascocita chose to use their time to invest in their personal and professional development. That is something to be celebrated! It fills me with so much excitement and joy to be around people who are so passionate about growing and becoming their best selves.
