This morning, I had eXp Realty LLC agent, Darren Sager based out of New Jersey reach out to me and ask what are the 7 common problems real estate agents are looking to solve as a business owners from my perspective as a coach. While this question can be challenging and a case by case basis with the number of real estate agents in the industry, there are some patterns that rise to the surface. These 7 common problems that I will address below are exactly the reason every agent should hire a coach, find their tribe, and engage in training that brings value to their business.
7 Problems Real Agents are Looking to Solve as Business Owners
Jeremy Williams, CEO/Owner and Business Coach at Red Hawk Coaching shares the importance of "slowing your roll". Growth in a business is great, and it should be the desire of a business owner. The challenge often times is the pace of the growth. Growing too fast is like building a house on the shifting sand. In time, the growth will out pace the business causing it to collapse.
Business growth that is healthy is paced growth constantly evaluating your people, systems, and tools. Making great decisions exercising patience can lead to desired outcomes. The most important thing you can do as a business owner is to be consistent in the activities that drive the business, and congruent in your thoughts and actions. Incremental growth over time can have you looking back one day, and the thought that crosses your mind is how did I get here. Just let at the story of Apple that started in a garage.
