I was asked yesterday, "Jeremy what is your biggest pet peeve as a coach?" I've never been asked that question in my now 10 years of coaching up real estate agents, I had to pause for a moment.
The first thing that came to mind was having a coaching appointment, or a prospective business strategy call scheduled, and someone not showing up. While that can get under my skin, as I thought about it more, this would be my #2. My #1 is knowing that people need my help, and having several conversations with people that need help, and because of one of the following (pride, ego, or not understanding the power of coaching), they choose to keep doing the same thing over and over netting the same results. BTW - this is the definition of insanity.
