Texas A&M University Aggies vs Lamar University Cardinals | September 14th 2019 | Red Hawk Coaching

My family and I made the hour and a half journey from Kingwood, Texas to College Station on September 14th, 2019 to watch the Lamar Cardinals vs Texas A&M Aggies at Kyle Field. The final score was Aggies 62 and Lamar 3. The reason I post about my trip to the game on my business blog is that as a business owner, you need to make sure you're time blocking for time to be spent with friends, family, and for the pursuit of your passion and hobbies. Having a great business should not be at the expense of living a great life.

Slow down, time block, and enjoy the life you've been given. The benefits of slowing down to smell the roses is abundant. You clear your mind, your thoughts favor the creative, you rest your body, and much more. Don't try to find the time as time is elusive and finite. Schedule the time, and then honor the time you've been scheduled just as you would for your business.
