Asking for help is hard for most people, and the two things that surface most as to why people don’t ask for help include:

EGO. I’ve seen more people go into and out of business over the years because they simply would not ask for help. They would rather burn everything down including themselves before asking for help. In a sick way they have equated that asking for help is a sign of weakness. The real weakness is not having the strength to ask for help.

FINANCES. It’s difficult to say whether ego or finances have killed more businesses. Sometimes the two work independently and sometimes together. I have had countless business owners over the years call me, interview me, like what I have to share in being able to help them, and then they don’t make the decision because of finances. Yet, I ask a prospect in the strategy call some lifestyle questions, what they are doing to market, etc., and I can easily find two or three things in a matter of minutes that could be reallocated to make the investment in themselves by hiring a coach. The real issue is not necessarily finances rather the choice not to really make the changes necessary to breakthrough the challenges in front of them. A secondary issue is not seeing and understanding the possibilities.

A lot of life is about shifting perspective, and if you’re in a position needing help, maybe this helps you today.

I am here to help as I've helped many others over the years. There is strength in asking, and the real issue with finances are the costs of not asking for help. Let me know how I can help you today.
