Red Hawk Coaching Celebrates 3 Years | Coach Jeremy Williams
3 Years... This month I am celebrating 3 years owning Red Hawk Coaching; a coaching services business for small business owners. It is also my 10th year coaching business owners. I encourage my business owners today to follow your passion with commitment and tenacity.
When I made the decision to launch my coaching business, I had several come to me suggesting it was not in my best interest, and that the likelihood of having success in this industry on my own would be difficult. My passion was bigger than the fear, and instead of looking at F.E.A.R. as "forget everything and run", I saw F.E.A.R. as "face everything and rise". For those that have started any business, you understand crossing the threshold into a world that solely depends on the decisions you make. Mistakes are not labeled as failure; they are learning opportunities. Everyday is a new day, yesterday is in the books, and tomorrow hosts greater things to come. There are ups and downs, and mindset is tested daily. It is not the easy path, and I will tell you it is not impossible.
I've been Blessed to work with 100's of business owners over the years booking over 10,000 hours of coaching and training. My passion is fulfilled daily helping small business owners soar both in business and life. I get to help individuals look at things differently, help them see the importance of adapting their plan of attack, and set them on the path to developing success habits. I chose the path of building my own coaching business because of what I believed to be most important to my clients, and that is a personalized experience. Each person I coach is different, each has different goals and ambitions, and unlike most coaching organizations that coach from a box, my approach is to help people reach their potential utilizing their gifts and talents in an intentional manner. I coach my clients to their goals and potential, and not to what I believe should be their goals and potential (though I believe most live below their true potential).
3 years ago, did I see myself here? Yes. I thank those that doubted or questioned the decision which I knew was right for me after time spent in reflection and prayer. It was fuel that kept me going daily. I stand here today as a testimony for others starting their journey that yes it can be done. You have to believe in yourself. You must have a vision. You must know your WHY. What you will find is there are always those, for whatever reason, that will not want you to succeed in your passion, yet you will find more people that will root for you and support you in your journey. That has been my experience.
