Never been a fan of someone telling me that "I'm lucky" when it comes to success. Most don't see the work behind the scenes. The hours of prospecting, conversations, marketing, relationship building, etc. on top of what I do as my profession. It's the hard work that aligns with the opportunities...or the luck.
Don't let someone take away what you've accomplished by telling you that you're just lucky. If only I had what you had. Know that your success is built on the hard work that often goes unseen and uncelebrated.
Cheers to my behind the scenes people working hard today. Your results are what you've earned putting in the work. It's not easy, and it is necessary.
