How Indecisiveness is Sabotaging Your Business: The Critical Need for Decision-Making Discipline Jeremy Williams Red Hawk Coaching Red Hawk Property Team JLA Realty

Over the years, I've coached and guided thousands of business owners, emphasizing the critical importance of discipline, consistency, and intentionality in everything they do. However, there's one issue I haven't addressed enough: indecisiveness.

I'm continually amazed by how many people I've encountered who recognized that joining our brokerage, hiring me as a coach, or joining my real estate team could solve a pressing need—yet they quit before even starting or failed to take advantage of the help right in front of them. Why? Indecisiveness. It's the inability to act because they’re constantly questioning everything. For a business owner, this is like a millstone around the neck. If you can't make decisions, nothing moves forward.

I often hear excuses like, "You don’t understand my finances," "You just don’t know my circumstances," "It’s easier for others," or "What if something goes wrong?" These are just that—excuses. And guess what? Everyone is dealing with the same challenges. You're not on an island.

So today, make a decision. Stop being indecisive. Play the cards you’ve been dealt. Evaluate the results, adjust, and keep moving forward. The greatest threat to your business today is the failure to make a decision.
