The Love of Discipline and Knowledge Leads to Breakthroughs

Written By: Coach Jeremy Williams, Owner and Head Coach at Red Hawk Coaching

"Whoever loves discipline loves knowledge, but he who hates correction is stupid." - Proverbs 12:1

When faced with a new challenge whether in business or life, you will cross paths with the necessity to be disciplined.

Lead generation daily requires discipline.

Follow up with your leads requires discipline.

Effectively and systematically communicating requires discipline.

Eating properly requires discipline.

Exercising on a schedule requires discipline.

Investing in the lives of your children and spouse requires discipline.

Working on your Spiritual life requires discipline.

Holding your tongue when you may or may not agree with the outcome of something requires discipline.

"Whoever loves discipline loves knowledge" ... When you love knowledge and apply that knowledge, the opportunity to build discipline takes shape. "he who hates correction is stupid" ... whether it is your internal voice or an accountability partner or a coach that provides you correction and you don't accept it, you're not going to experience fruitful things. It's the saying that if you do something over and over netting the same undesired results, and you don't change, you're insane. You are at this point not applying the knowledge, and you're more than likely struggling with discipline in your life.

Love discipline.

Love knowledge.

When you love these two things, you will have unimaginable breakthroughs both in life and business.

Onward and Upward...
